1. Fuel Report
This report lets you see a vehicle's fuel consumption through graphs and data. Super useful to spot if there's any abnormal fuel consumption, like maybe if there’s a sudden drop in fuel, which could mean someone’s stealing fuel or perhaps a vehicle's just guzzling more fuel and needs some maintenance.
2. Fuel Management
Managers can upload fuel receipts to the fleet management system, and the report will auto-calculate the total fuel cost. So, you can easily keep tabs on fleet expenses. Plus, these receipts are stored in the cloud, so no worries about losing them. We support receipts from gas stations like Shell, Petronas, BHPetrol, and Petron.
3. Refueling/Abnormal Record Inquiry
Quickly view records of refueling and abrupt drops in fuel levels, including time, location, and values, enabling managers to swiftly grasp the fuel status of the fleet. Achieve transparency and efficient management.
In addition, to prevent fuel theft incidents, you only need to set up abnormal fuel level notifications in the EUP Fleet Management System. When the fuel sensor detects a sudden and significant drop in fuel level, it will immediately notify the administrator, helping to avoid losses.
As for the user experience and system usability, EUP's made some improvements there too. You can now customize the order of report columns or hide ones you don't need. And you can export these reports in formats like EXCEL, Word, or PDF and even have a print option.
